Life Finds a Way

“Life Finds a way. Even in the dark, there will be a new day”

Had a lot of dreams last night around letting the old me die and a new me emerge, alive and thriving and full of vitality.

It reminds me of how I was a few years ago, grieving over my father, coping in unhealthy ways with substances and addictions, somehow alive in the dark night of my soul. Yet even when I was at my darkest, I still had a lot of light in me, and I'm grateful to have put in so much work to heal myself.

I can reflect on that and know that even when things seem really fucked up in the world, it can and it will get better, because there's a lot of really beautiful people putting a lot of energy into healing themselves and this world, and I have 100% faith that it's working, and our collective new day will come.
