Practicing cultivating closeness with others and with the self requires speaking and listening to the granular truth. This is vital to integrity, healing, and self-growth. Our own resistance to the truth is one of the major sources of suffering.

It may be difficult to do at first, but embracing the truth and letting it guide you leads to a fulfilling and happy life, and it gets easier as we practice it. It can feel really good to be free 💖🙏
