Cosmic Mirror

The cosmic mirror teaches us so much, yet those lessons transmit all the more deeply and potently when one is aware that there is such a cosmic mirror. Often, the thing we have a strong emotional energy against happens to us. Or when we are feeling extreme about someone doing something that annoys us, and then we go and do it ourselves. We are extensions of ourselves. Our living reality is a projection of our inner reality. There is no other way that we can perceive the world than by comparing it to what we already know, and the only way to translate it is through our own internal narrative. This can be a powerful tool for growth.

Questions such as, “What am I doing/thinking/feeling that is causing people to react to me in this way?” are very effective for reprogramming ourselves and shifting the way we perceive the world. When we are all reflections of one another, we become a prism of living light, each of us shining in a new way in reflection of another.
