Innocence and Purity

“The innocence and purity of a child is a potent ally in our healing journey”

To heal a wound so totally that there is no memory of it ever occuring...

While this may seem like fantasy, I certainly believe it is possible. Would it be ideal? Perhaps. If there is no memory of the wound at all, isn't there then no memory of the lesson that wound represented?

Children are both innocent and deeply wise. They are connected to the source, free of societal conditioning, lies, and conformity, free of manipulation and half-truths. They are pure in many ways.

That innocence and purity is a powerful tool to use when overcoming bad habits it negative thought patterns. Going back to this place within myself is critical to my success in transforming from someone who struggled with nicotine addiction into a non-smoker.

I am grateful that my younger self knew what was good for my body. I'm sorry I didn't listen as I grew older. And I forgive myself.
