As Above, So Below

“I am in alignment with my higher self, my lower self is in alignment with me”

As above, so below.

Receiving guidance from Source and living one’s authentic truth, in alignment with one’s values and being the best they can be: living in alignment with higher self. That one makes sense, and you can go find resources on that anywhere.

The part I really liked about what came out of me today was that my lower self, the base desires, subconscious whims, thoughts, and impulses, my cravings and immediate reactions, my lower self, my shadow, can seek out wholesome things. The shadow of my higher self, the urge of my lower self, can absolutely be in alignment with my values, as well!

This was actually pretty profound for me. I always equated the lower self, the ‘Id,” with immoral or shameful habits. That doesn’t need to be true at all!
