Celebrate

We don’t have to wait for big moments to share in the blessing of life! Every single moment, big or small, is worthy of acknowledgment and celebration! Celebration itself can be a simple smile, a cup of tea, a leap of joy with shout of, “Fuck yeah!”. Life doesn’t have to be grand to be amazing!

In my past, I’ve used the idea of celebration as an excuse to live irresponsibly, lavishly, luxuriously, getting blasted and reeling the following morning. I am proud of myself to say that I’ve learned how to celebrate wholesomely, with a lovely sparkling water, a delicious home-cooked meal, a day at the beach, lying in the grass, painting, writing, reading, being with my loved ones. Life is so much more beautiful this way.
