Overworked

Pulling a double today, so I threw this together in between my shifts. It feels messy to me but I'm not gonna break my stride!
Self-care for overworking: lots of water, mindful breathing, moments of softness and laughter, food, stimulant adaptogens like ginseng, rhodiola, fresh air breaks, and gentle pacing! Hot showers and tea upon homecoming.
