One seed carries within it all the energy a new plant needs to grow. One single seed can become a thousand year old tree, a field of strawberries, an orchard, a forest, a world. And yet a single seed is so tiny, so seemingly fragile. What wild, free, and wonderful energy life is to erupt from something so small?

When we nurture ourselves, the seeds we've sewn into our lives and others, when we take care of our authentic reality and nurture that, we too grow wild and free, into our best selves, forests of that which we have planted.
