“You are not broken. You are Loved”

“You are not broken. You are Loved”

No one is broken. We are all experiencing life, and making choices. We may feel jaded, less than what we can be, but those feelings are there to teach us something, not to instill hopelessness. We can learn what we want to choose, how our choices effects our world, and those that love us will stick with us and help us along the way. We can learn how exactly we want to better ourselves, and what we want to allow in our lives. We all deserve love. That love is out there, waiting to be received. We have barriers, walls, trauma, and reservations for a reason. We don't need fixing. We need to accept ourselves, forgive ourselves, and choose the path that leads to loving ourselves.

We may never be whole and complete, but we can absolutely be true to ourselves and choose our needs over others'. We can absolutely be independent, interdependent in a healthy way, and cocreative. We can absolutely be coming from a place of growth and realization. Those that accept us for who we are, love us anyway, and help us grow are the true friends, lovers, and family.

Again, you are not broken. No one can fix you. You can heal yourself, no one else can. No pill, no herb, no retreat can heal you. Sure, they can help. Medicine is there to guide us on the path to heal ourselves, nothing more, nothing less.
