Hi Loves!

Just here to say today that doing the work is difficult, but well worth the energy. Sometimes it feels very destabilizing, rummaging around in my soul and changing the things I don't like and want to change. I choose to change it and then do it, and I definitely phase in and out of motivation, clinging to the comfort of oblivion over the presence of life while I thrust myself into deeply aware aliveness... If that makes sense 🤠🤣

It does to me.

Basically what I'm saying is that life is wild and to be truly connected and building a better future for self and others takes a lot of deconstruction and work.

It's good work and I love it.
