As the world is shaped by all the living things within it, the elements that compose it, and the space that holds it, so too are we. Our internal landscaping is influenced by many things: the environment around us, our emotional state, our relationship to ourselves, how other people view and treat us, our love for ourselves and others... All of these things require nurturing and constant care, lest they become derelict.
