“I honor my commitments”

My personal process brings wisdom and joy to others as I share it. My eternal self-discovery is more valuable than self-destruction and/or avoidance. I am in integrity with my word and I respect what it means to commit to something. I take back any power I have lost by lapsing in integrity, breaking promises, or abandoning commitments. I choose to be mindful of the commitments I make to ensure they are reasonable and that I am capable of being in integrity around them. I seal these truths into myself and allow them to integrate into my life.
