At the surface, it's about Nature being THE healing force, the philosophy that the body heals itself and that healing is guided by the energy of life itself. The implications are that being in nature heals us faster - even having views of trees from a hospital window instead of city (there have been peer reviewed trials about this and it's significant!), that the Earth is alive, that medicine is indeed everywhere, in all things, living or even dead. For in Nature, nothing is ever truly dead. It decomposes, returns to the Earth, to be absorbed and used as building blocks and fuel for new life.
