I love how crisp and potent this turned out.

The sensation of true meaningful action was evident while I painted it. Slow, gradual, movement, even stillness, biding, patience, then acting at just the right moment in just the right way, then back to rest, yet with a tension that electrifies the space between myself and my objective. Steady, focused, flowing attention, methodically working on the creation until IT lets YOU stop. That's the good-good. I love that space.

Indeed, I was procrastinating before I painted this and set immediately to working on my endless (and endlessly growing) to-do list. So yup, I needed it too, lol!
